At Sweet Castle Bakery, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not accept general returns due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do accept returns for defective or damaged products only.

If you receive a product that is defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. A clear photo of the item is required for review.

Return & Exchange Policy:

- 📸 Clear photographic evidence must be provided.
- 💵 Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
